The diaphragm compressor is one of the many forms of compressor. It is named after the special diaphragm that separates the compressed gas medium from the outside world (hydraulic oil, piston).
Diaphragm compressors can also be referred to as membrane compressors. Diaphragm compressor because of its special structure, the cylinder does not require lubrication, sealing performance is very good, compressed medium does not contact with any slippery agent, so you can compress extremely high purity gas, generally able to reach 99.999% purity, more suitable for compression, transportation of all kinds of precious rare gases. In addition, for corrosive, radioactive, toxic, explosive gases, but also particularly suitable for the use of diaphragm compressor.
Diaphragm compressor cylinder heat dissipation is good, can be used in a higher compression ratio, and therefore it has a wider range of pressure, exhaust pressure up to 100MPa.
